When you join the Brown List we collect your first name and email address, the date and time you signed up, which page you used, and a record that you agreed to receive our emails.

When you send a Partner inquiry, we collect your name, email address, business name and the idea you share. When you send a Private Curations inquiry, we collect your name, email address, occasion and the details about your group. We record the date and time of each inquiry and use this information only to review and reply to it.

We use Brown List details only to send you email announcements about upcoming Curated by Brown experiences.

You join only by ticking the consent box on our signup form. We keep a record of when you agreed and the wording you agreed to.

Your details are stored in a private spreadsheet that only Curated by Brown can access. It is not public. Authorized service providers that host and operate this website and its spreadsheet may process your information on our behalf, only to run the website.

You can leave the Brown List at any time on our Unsubscribe page. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending you announcements.

To have your information deleted entirely, reply to any Brown List email, or to our reply to your inquiry, and ask. We will remove your details.

Curated by Brown does not take reservations or payments on this website. When reservations open, they are handled by the participating partner on their own booking page, under their own privacy policy.
